Team Profile, Qualifications, and Experience Stoss Landscape Urbanism Amy Whitesides, Designer Stoss Landscape Urbanism . Boston . MA Amy is a graduate of the Harvard Graduate School of Design where she obtained a Masters in Landscape Architecture. Upon completion of her degree Amy was awarded the ASLA certificate of merit. Her student work, Vertical Territories, has been awarded both an ASLA honor award and third prize in the 2011 IFLA competition. In addition to her work at Stoss, Amy is a lecturer at University of Toronto Daniels School of Architecture where she teaches history and theory with a focus on topics of contemporary landscape architecture. Amy holds a graduate certificate in Scientific Illustration and a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from University of California, Santa Cruz and has worked as a freelance illustrator for University of Chicago Press, California Academy of Sciences, Sally Ride Science, Central Coast Bat Research Group, and researchers at Stanford Hopkins Marine Lab.
