2.9 Checklist for Completed Installation<br />

Site Preparation and Installation<br />
___ 1. Proper clearance for service access has been maintained around the equipment.<br />
___ 2. Equipment is level and lock-nuts are installed with the leveling nuts on the spring isolators.<br />
___ 3. Piping completed to refrigerant or coolant loop (if required). Refrigerant charge added (if<br />
required).<br />
___ 4. Condensate pump installed (if required).<br />
___ 5. Drain line Connected.<br />
___ 6. Water supply line connected to humidifier (if required). Route to allow air filter removal.<br />
___ 7. Field provided pan with drain installed under all cooling units and water/glycol condensing<br />
units.<br />
___ 8. Filter box installed.<br />
___ 9. Ducting completed.<br />
___ 10. Filter(s) installed in return air duct.<br />
___ 11. Line voltage to power wiring matches equipment serial tag.<br />
___ 12. <strong>Power</strong> wiring connections completed and phased correctly between disconnect switch,<br />
evaporator, and condensing unit, including earth ground.<br />
___ 13. <strong>Power</strong> line circuit breakers or fuses have proper ratings for equipment installed.<br />
___ 14. Control wiring connections completed to evaporator and condensing unit (if required,<br />
including wiring to wall-mounted control panel and optional controls).<br />
___ 15. Control panel DIP switches set based on customer requirements.<br />
___ 16. All wiring connections are tight.<br />
___ 17. Foreign materials have been removed from in and around all equipment installed (shipping<br />
materials, construction materials, tools, etc.)<br />
___ 18. Fans and blowers rotate freely without unusual noise.<br />
___ 19. Inspect all piping connections for leaks during initial operations. Correct as needed.
