Mr. Brendgen is a Managing Director of Tishman Speyer and heads
the company’s activities in Germany. Mr. Brendgen joined Tishman
Speyer in 1998, as director for marketing/leasing of the Sony Center
in Berlin. Prior to this, Mr. Brendgen was a managing director of
DTZ Zadelhoff (now DTZ Tie Leung), the international brokerage
firm, responsible for their activities in Berlin and East Germany. Mr.
Brendgen started his career with Jones Lang LaSalle where he
worked on development and investment acquisitions in Germany. Mr.
Brendgen holds a Master’s degree in business administration from
the University of Cologne, Germany, and was a German Academic
Exchange Service scholar at Pennsylvania State University.

Hartmut Bulwien (Diplom-Geograph) has an over 30 year
experience in property market research as a member of the
board of directors of the BulwienGesa AG (50 employees in
Berlin, Hamburg and Munich), which he founded in 1983. In
June 2006 he changed to the supervisory board as chairman.
As well he is lector at various universities and business
schools.

division’s asset management team and is responsible for
overseeing the project development and asset management of
Blackstone’s Deutsche Bank portfolio in Germany.

Rodney Bysh, Managing Director, heads up Real Estate
Investment Banking German Speaking Europe at Rothschild
based in Frankfurt. Previously he was a member of the
Henderson Global Investors property board, Chairman of the
supervisory board of the “Warburg-Henderson Kapitalanlag
egesellschaft für Immobilien mbH”, a joint venture of M.M.
Warburg and Henderson Global Investors which develops and
distributes “Spezialfonds” for European Investors.
