Abteilung verantwortlich für Vermarktung und Verkauf von<br />
Immobilien ab einem Wert von 5 Mio. EUR. In der Zeit von<br />
1996-1999 begleitete sie Immobilien-Transaktionen von über<br />

Mr Senman <strong>is</strong> currently working for Oaktree as a Vice<br />
President where he <strong>is</strong> responsible for Oaktree’s German<br />

Prior to joining Oaktree in 2005, he spent 7 years in <strong>the</strong> real<br />
est<strong>at</strong>e practice of Ernst&Young, lastly as director. Mr Senman,<br />
a Chartered Surveyor(RICS), was awarded a post-gradu<strong>at</strong>e<br />
diploma in real est<strong>at</strong>e management from EBS. He holds<br />
a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and Business<br />
