Klaus Krägel <strong>is</strong> <strong>the</strong> CEO of <strong>the</strong> Deutsche <strong>Real</strong> Est<strong>at</strong>e AG where<br />

Since 2007 Michael A. Kremer (FRICS) <strong>is</strong> Managing Director<br />

was Managing Director of London & Regional and CEO of DB<br />
<strong>Real</strong> Est<strong>at</strong>e Germany until January 2006. Mr Kremer was Vice<br />
Chairman of Aareal Bank AG between 2002 and 2003 and<br />
before th<strong>at</strong> a Member of <strong>the</strong> Board of Managing Directors of<br />
DePfa Bank AG for three years. From 1996 to 1999 Michael<br />

Heinz Joachim Kummer has been a partner of Freshfields<br />

real est<strong>at</strong>e transactions and all types of o<strong>the</strong>r real est<strong>at</strong>e<br />
