Mr. Pridgeon started his career at Morgan Stanley, London.
In 1991 he joined CS First Boston, becoming Deputy
Head of Real Estate. In 1993 he moved to Bankers Trust
(Deutsche Bank), where he rose to become Head of European
Real Estate Investment Banking. As CEO of Aareal Asset
Management since 2003, he has transformed the group into
a highly successful European investor and asset manager with
A.U.M in excess of Eur 3,5 bn.
OLIVER PUHL

Mr. Puhl is an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley and
Head of German Real Estate Investment Banking. Recent
assignments include IPOs/capital raises for Gagfah,
Eurocastle, and DIC Asset. He joined the Firm in 2000.
Prior to that, he was CFO of a portfolio company of private
equity firm Permira. Mr. Puhl is a Graduate of the University of
St. Gallen (HSG).
DR WERNER REGENBERG

Has served as head of the Property Management and
Corporate Real Estate Management functions within BASF
Aktiengesellschaft since 1999. A geologist by trade, he joined
BASF in 1987 and has served in a wide range of functions
since then. Mr. Regenberg is married, and resides in the Rhein-
Neckar metropolitan area.

Michael Probstel has been an active real estate investor for
14 years, spending the first 8 years in the Southern California
Real Estate market and moving back to his homeland
Germany in 2001. He presently manages holdings both in
SoCal as well as in Munich, Berlin and the Czech Republic.
In addition, he advises several international funds to expand
its presence in Germany. Michael holds a B. A. degree in
Business Economics from the University of California, Santa
Barbara and a Diplom in BA from the University of Regensburg.

is also Chairman of the Supervisory of Commerz Grundbesitz-
Spezialfondsgesellschaft mbH (CGS). Before joining Commerz
Grundbesitz Group, Frank Pörschke was Managing Director of
ECE Projektmanagement International and responsible for the
international project development activities of ECE group, one
of the leading European shopping center developers.

Dr. Sebastian Reich is Executive Director of URS Deutschland
GmbH, a subsidiary of URS Corporation. He heads the
Transaction Services and is responsible for business
development. With more than 20 years experience he advised
the last eight years clients on technical, environmental, and
health and safety risks in the course of property transactions
and M&A activities. He advises on financial implications,
supports negotiation strategies, and helps his clients to
implement appropriate measurements and programs to add
value to their business.
