für europä<strong>is</strong>che institutionelle Investoren, für den Ankauf von<br />
europä<strong>is</strong>chen Immobiliengesellschaften sowie für die Betreuung<br />
von Schlüsselinvestoren im deutschsprachigen Raum zuständig.<br />
Er verfügt über mehr als dreizehn Jahre Erfahrung in der<br />
Bank- und Immobilienbranche. Vor seinem Wechsel zu Henderson<br />
<strong>Global</strong> Investors war er zuletzt als Projektleiter für Einkauf und<br />
Strukturierung von Immobilienportfolioprodukten bei der DB <strong>Real</strong><br />
Est<strong>at</strong>e Management GmbH tätig, wo er seit 2002 auch dem Vorstand<br />

Since 2005, Klaus Elmendorff <strong>is</strong> a Director in <strong>the</strong> Deutsche<br />
Bank <strong>Real</strong> Est<strong>at</strong>e Investment Banking team in Frankfurt. He<br />
has been focussing on <strong>the</strong> German real est<strong>at</strong>e sector since<br />
2002. Since September 2004 he has been a permanent<br />
member of <strong>the</strong> G-REIT working group, an initi<strong>at</strong>ive of <strong>the</strong><br />
Finanzpl<strong>at</strong>z Deutschland. Klaus Elmendorff has a wealth of<br />
adv<strong>is</strong>ory experience especially within <strong>the</strong> real est<strong>at</strong>e sector.<br />
Klaus Elmendorff <strong>is</strong> a Diplom-Kaufmann and studied <strong>at</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
