Karsten Hinrichs was born in 1961. He joined ECE
Projektmanagement G.m.b.H. & Co.KG in 2004 and has over
20 years experience in commercial real estate business. As
CFO he is also responsible for the real estate investment
management. Prior to joining ECE, Karsten was a Member of
the Executive Board of Bayerische Immobilien AG, where he
was involved in all aspects of a listed real estate company.
He began his career at GRUNDAG AG in the Development and
Investment Division.

Douglas Holoch, civil engineer founded the LHIS together with
Udo J. Lammerting (www.lig.de) in November 2006. Douglas
and his team provide consultancy and agency services for
commercial property transactions mostly offices, retail and
residential portfolios across Germany. Prior experience: last 3
years investment advisory, 17 years with Jones Lang Lasalle,
the 5 last years as their managing director Germany.

Christoph Härle (40) joined Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels in
1994 and now looks after the German speaking countries
and CEE, also strategically advising the teams in Continental
Europe. The German team is based in Munich and Frankfurt
and provides valuation, advisory and investment services.
The team is based in Munich and Frankfurt. Christoph was
educated as “Hotelkaufmann” in Hamburg and graduated from
the University of Surrey in 1994 with a BSC(Hons) degree in
Hotel and Catering Management and is also a member of the
Hotel Catering and International Management Association.
ALEXANDER (“ALEX”) HOFF

Alexander is Halverton’s Managing Director in Germany. Since
he joined the company in October 2005, he has built-up an
extensive asset management platform with three offices,
investing more than 500 million euros on behalf of Halverton’s
clients. Before joining Halverton, Alexander was a member
the senior management of Vivico Real Estate GmbH and
responsible for the co-ordination of all the Group’s leasing,
investment and sales activities. Prior to this, he was Head
of Investment at CB Richard Ellis and a member of their
International Investment Group.
TIMOTHY (“TIM”) HORROCKS

Tim Horrocks is a Director of Property based in Amsterdam.
He is responsible for the overall performance of Continental
European direct property portfolios managed by Henderson.
Tim has been working in Continental Europe for the past
20 years and joined Henderson in January 2001. He is
responsible for the Warburg - Henderson KAG, a joint venture
based in Hamburg as well as managing the Henderson
property teams across the Continental European markets.
MARKUS HÄRTEL

Markus Haertel is a Managing Director of Eurohypo and
responsible for Eurohypo’s Real Estate Investment Banking
Advisory business in Germany. Markus has joined Eurohypo
in 2006 from Credit Suisse First Boston, Frankfurt, where he
was a Director of the European M&A Group. During his ten
years at CSFB, Markus covered the full range of M&A activities
across a broad range of industries. Markus graduated from the
WHU Koblenz School of Corporate Management with a degree
as Diplomkaufmann. He is fluent in German, English, French
and Spanish.
