Dr. Markus Wesnitzer (1963), German citizen, Nuremberg has
more then 10 years experience in the real estate division of
Schickedanz Group. In 2000 he joined the Management Board
of ICN and since then he has been in charge of acquisitions
and property management. ICN manages a real estate
portfolio for the Schickedanz family with an emphasis on
office space and commercial premises in major German cities.
Since 2006 he is a member of the board of Züblin Immobilien
Holding AG, Zürich.

Philippe Weyland is a graduate of the famous ‘École Hotelière’
of Lausanne and started his career at the ACCOR Group.
Starting as Hotel Manager for Novotel, he advanced to the
Managing Director of the Mercure Hotels Germany. After some
years in the hotel specific Real Estate development, Philippe
Weyland was responsible for establishing the French
Budget Hotel Group of “B&B” in Germany. In 1999 he became
Managing Director of MOTEL ONE and has been responsible
for the successful market launch of this new low budget brand
as well as for project and product development.

Stefan Widmann works for Atisreal Consult GmbH in Frankfurt
since January 2003. He is specialized in the assessment
of most different property types analyses, Due Diligence
examinations and the development of portfolio strategies and
assessments, both according to national and international
standards. Stefan Widmann is responsible for the assessment
area in Germany as Managing Director and Head of Valuation
within Atisreal Consult GmbH.

CHARLES WHITTLE

Charles joined McCafferty in 2002. He has extensive
experience in the property sector having worked in this field
for over 20 years. In his role as a Consultant Charles seeks
commercial and residential developments on behalf of
McCafferty in both the UK and Europe. He also puts together
joint venture deals and in cooperation with overseas lawyers
purchases the properties/developments.
