Since 2003, Jan von Lewinski has been CEO of TAG Asset<br />
Management GmbH (former JUS AG) in Hamburg and Leipzig,<br />
a subsidiary of Tegernsee Immobilien- und Beteiligungs-AG<br />
(TAG), l<strong>is</strong>ted in <strong>the</strong> SDAX small cap index. Prior to h<strong>is</strong> current<br />
position, Jan von Lewinski worked with Dr. Lübke Immobilien in<br />

recently, he was <strong>the</strong> Managing Director of Securit<strong>is</strong><strong>at</strong>ion in Germany<br />
<strong>at</strong> Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, and as such he was also<br />
responsible for cre<strong>at</strong>ing <strong>the</strong> Silver Tower Asset-Backed Commercial<br />
Paper (ABCP) programme of <strong>the</strong> Bank. Th<strong>is</strong> also included <strong>the</strong><br />
securit<strong>is</strong><strong>at</strong>ion of <strong>the</strong> bank’s own credit portfolio. Dr. Wagenknecht<br />
has extensive knowledge of <strong>the</strong> securit<strong>is</strong><strong>at</strong>ion arena and has been<br />
responsible for <strong>the</strong> securit<strong>is</strong><strong>at</strong>ion of more than EUR 15 bn worth of<br />
assets (primary trade, debt and lease receivables).<br />

Dr. Oliver Waldburg, a German Rechtsanwalt, <strong>is</strong> a partner in<br />
Allen & Overy LLP. He adv<strong>is</strong>es on banking and financial law<br />
<strong>is</strong>sues primarily in connection with property financings. Th<strong>is</strong><br />
involves development and investment facilities regarding<br />
residential and commercial properties. He also focuses on<br />
d<strong>is</strong>tressed debt trading, restructurings and o<strong>the</strong>r insolvencyrel<strong>at</strong>ed<br />
<strong>is</strong>sues in particular where real est<strong>at</strong>e <strong>is</strong> <strong>the</strong> underlying<br />
asset. Oliver Waldburg was admitted to <strong>the</strong> Frankfurt bar in<br />
1999 and joined Allen & Overy in 2000. He has been a partner<br />
