as a property Manager for the Inovalis subsidiary Realista, he
joined in 2005 the Investment team in Paris as an analyst.
Based in Frankfurt since 2006 he is in charge of the german
Investments. Henri has an Msc in Economics - EM Lyon.

Know-How im Bereich des Bank- und Kapitalmarktrechts sowie

Head of Germany for Citigroup Property Investors (“CPI”).
He is responsible for CPI’s German operations, including
origination and execution. Prior to joining CPI, he was a
Director at Real Estate Capital Partners (CSFB) and Deutsche
Bank’s Real Estate Private Equity Group, where he was
responsible for their business in the German speaking
markets. In these roles he has led numerous portfolio and
development transactions, platform investments and NPL
acquisitions in Germany, Central and Southern Europe. He
holds a BSc and MSc from the London School of Economics
and a MA and PhD from the European University Institute.

Nicolaus Harnack is a director of Situs with responsibility for
the firm’s European business. He has 14 years’ experience
in European, Asian, and North American real estate markets.
Mr Harnack began his career at Deutsche Bank in Canada. In
1996 he relocated to London, where he worked with European
and Asian property investors at Richard Ellis. Following an
MBA in 2001, Mr Harnack worked in European real estate
investment banking at Goldman Sachs; most recently he was
a director of Richmount Management, a private equity real
estate fund.
Situs provides real estate advisory and due diligence services
to property investors, owners, and financial institutions.

Dr. Michael Hermes, Managing Director Real Estate, Cerberus
Deutschland Beteiligungsberatung GmbH. Since May 2006, Dr.
Hermes has been handling Cerberus’ real estate activities in
Germany. Prior to this appointment, he was involved for many years
in building up the property business of Viterra AG. He held various
posts, of which the last one in recent years was that of managing
director of Viterra AG. After the latter was taken over by Deutsche
Annington, he served for 4 months as the COO on the Management
Board of Deutsche Annington. Before joining Viterra, Dr. Hermes
was employed as a consultant and project manager with the Boston
Consulting Group.

Felix Hick is a partner with the consulting firm mbb and
running the private equity and real estate practice. Main focus
are value enhancement projects for large real estate portfolios
and international transactions between 100 Mio Euro and
more than a billion Euro. In real estate mbb is collaborating
with Drees & Sommer, leveraging each others networks and
competencies. Before, Felix Hick was CEO of a private equity
and venture capital firm and managing director of Ernst &
Young’s European consulting activities.
