Dirk Leutbecher was born in 1967. He started h<strong>is</strong> career as<br />
a bank clerk bevor he received a master degree in business<br />
sciences. Dirk left Commerzbank AG Düsseldorf in 1998 to<br />
join DIL Deutsche Immobilien Leasing/Deutsche Bank AG.<br />
As Manager for <strong>the</strong> Frankfurt office he was responsible for<br />
German and intern<strong>at</strong>ional corpor<strong>at</strong>e clients rel<strong>at</strong>ed to all real<br />
est<strong>at</strong>e structured products.In may 2007 he quit Deutsche<br />
Immobilien Leasing/Deutsche Bank AG to start h<strong>is</strong> owen<br />
business as director (Geschäftsführer) of Diedrich Leutbecher<br />
Asset Finance GmbH in Frankfurt.<br />

consultant <strong>at</strong> PKF in London he looks back <strong>at</strong> a 24-year career<br />
in <strong>the</strong> hospitality industry th<strong>at</strong> included <strong>the</strong> Savoy Group,<br />
Rosewood and Marriott.<br />
