South Bend Code School will generate 280 technical jobs over the next 5 years. Each<br />

new technical position hired fuels company growth and increases our region’s<br />

competitiveness as a great place for technologists to work. As these companies grow,<br />

more jobs will become available.<br />

Our code school is in alignment with local plans and initiatives like Innovation Park,<br />

Union Station, and the growing tech community in South Bend. As those initiatives bring<br />

in more technically focused companies to the region, we see the ability to bridge the<br />

technical gap. The South Bend Tech CEO Roundtable (C-Change) is also in support of a<br />

Project impact and alignment venture along these lines.<br />
