FOUR WINDS FIELD<br />

Significant investment is occurring just north of the Renaissance District. The Four Winds<br />

Field ballpark has developed substantially over the past three years, with plans for that<br />

transformation to continue outside the stadium walls. Andrew Berlin, Chairman and Chief<br />

Executive Officer of Berlin Packaging, Partner of the Chicago Cubs major league baseball<br />

team and owner of the South Bend Cubs minor league baseball team, has invested over<br />

$7 million in the ballpark and brought a passion, enthusiasm and vision to the stadium,<br />

downtown South Bend and the region.<br />
