Description/Corrective Action by Management Agent<br />
The indicated household already has an Assign RA transaction in the<br />
system with the same effective date as entered on this transaction.<br />
Corrective Action:<br />
Check the 'Review Transactions' option in <strong>MINC</strong> to determine if an RA<br />
Assignment was previously processed for that unit with the same effective<br />
date. If found, and this transaction must be processed, contact the<br />
telephone number displayed on the <strong>MINC</strong> application main toolbar<br />
‘Contact Us’ tab for assistance in modifying the tenant’s status and have<br />
them reapply the transaction. Process changes in correct date order.<br />
