Description/Corrective Action by Management Agent<br />
The unit has been occupied after the initial vacate date.<br />
Corrective Action:<br />
Validate the effective date and project unit. Determine if a new tenant has<br />
been placed into that unit for the effective date of the transaction. If either<br />
field is in error, correct and resubmit the transaction. If the data is correct,<br />
contact the telephone number displayed on the <strong>MINC</strong> application main<br />
toolbar ‘Contact Us’ tab for assistance in modifying the unit’s status and<br />
have them reapply the transaction. Process changes in correct date order.<br />
A transaction has been received (other than an Initial certification) for a<br />
project unit that has been vacated.<br />
Corrective Action:<br />
Check the 'Review Transactions' option in <strong>MINC</strong> to determine if a vacate<br />
transaction was previously processed for that unit. If found, and this<br />
transaction must be processed, contact the telephone number displayed<br />
on the <strong>MINC</strong> application main toolbar ‘Contact Us’ tab for assistance in<br />
modifying the unit’s status and have them reapply the transaction.<br />
Process changes in correct date order.<br />
The effective date of the transaction does not fall within the effective date<br />
range of the project unit (project unit start and end date).<br />
Corrective Action:<br />
Validate the effective date and project unit on the transaction. If either field<br />
is in error, correct and resubmit the transaction. If the data is correct,<br />
contact the telephone number displayed on the <strong>MINC</strong> application main<br />
toolbar ‘Contact Us’ tab for assistance in modifying the unit’s status and<br />
have them reapply the transaction. Process changes in correct date order.<br />
The project unit does not match any defined for the project.<br />
Corrective Action:<br />
Validate the project unit. Verify that the unit is entered exactly as it is<br />
displayed on the Project Worksheet. If in error, correct and resubmit the<br />
transaction. If the data is correct, contact the telephone number displayed<br />
on the <strong>MINC</strong> application main toolbar ‘Contact Us’ tab for assistance in<br />
modifying the unit’s status and have them reapply the transaction.<br />
Process changes in correct date order.<br />
The project unit has been marked un-occupiable for the effective date of<br />
the transaction.<br />
Corrective Action:<br />
Validate the effective date and project unit. Determine if the unit is<br />
uninhabitable as of the effective date of the transaction. If either field is in<br />
error, correct and resubmit the transaction. A tenant cannot be placed in<br />
the unit if the date is before or the SAME as the end date of the unit’s<br />
uninhabitable record. If the data is correct, contact the telephone number<br />
displayed on the <strong>MINC</strong> application main toolbar ‘Contact Us’ tab for<br />
assistance in modifying the unit’s status and have them reapply the<br />
