Decorex International<br />
Decorex, the UK’s only design<br />
and interiors fair for the luxury<br />
high-end market, returns to<br />
the historic grounds of Syon Park this<br />
September (20-23), opening the annual<br />
London Design Festival.<br />
Over the course of four days, visitors<br />
to the show will have the opportunity<br />
to see new collections from more than<br />
400 exhibitors, showcasing the latest<br />
designs spanning an unrivalled range of<br />
products from furniture, lighting, fabrics,<br />
wallpapers and decorative accessories to<br />
flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, tableware<br />
and bedding.<br />
New exhibitors to the show this year<br />
include: 17 Patterns, who will launch its<br />
debut wallpaper collection co-created<br />
by a selection of predominantly British<br />
artists/designers and based on geometric;<br />
Art Deco, animal and natural themes;<br />
Posh Trading Company, providers<br />
of a variety of goods ranging from<br />
homeware, gifts, to art and accessories;<br />
INSIDHERLAND, who will show its<br />
exclusive handcrafted furniture, and Sian<br />
Zeng, who will exhibit its imaginative<br />
wallpapers and interior accessories.<br />
Returning brands to Decorex this year<br />
include: British paint company, Little<br />
Greene, who will be launching ‘Blue’,<br />
a capsule collection of trend-setting<br />
paint shades and new coordinating 20th<br />
Century wallpapers; Ochre who will<br />
present new additions including the<br />
Sable stool and Willow dining table;<br />
Blackpop who will launch its collection<br />
of wallpaper and fabric designs ‘The<br />
Tudors – Deconstructed’ in response<br />
to the National Portrait Gallery’s<br />
renowned collection of Tudor paintings<br />
and William Holland, who will present<br />
handcrafted, freestanding copper baths.<br />
In celebration of this year’s show theme<br />
– the Future of Luxury – an interactive<br />
area entitled ‘Making Luxury’, will<br />
highlight the skill and craftsmanship<br />
behind luxury products in four<br />
installations, while exciting projects in<br />
collaboration with Material Lab, Bert &<br />
May Spaces and Hattie Fox are also not<br />
to be missed.<br />
