We’ve grown to a team of about sixty software developers by
recruiting some of the best Oxbridge graduates each year, and
investing heavily in their training. It’s an ideal environment for

Graduate Salary: £35,000, rising rapidly in line with performance,
plus discretionary bonus that can grow to be a substantial part of
