What a wonderful time of the year. The garden starts to show signs of<br />
life, the evenings are drawing out and the seasonal produce available<br />
is inspirational.<br />
Some ingredients at their best<br />
during <strong>March</strong>…<br />
Vegetables: Brussels Sprouts, Beetroot, Broccoli,<br />
Carrots, Celeriac, Chicory, Swede, Cauliflower,<br />
Jerusalem Artichokes, Kale, Leeks, Parsnips,<br />
Purple Sprouting Broccoli, Red Chicory and<br />
Radicchio, Spinach, Rhubarb, Turnips, Sorrel &<br />
Salad Onions.<br />
Fish : Skate, Sea Bass, Trout, Winkles, Crab,<br />
Clams, Cockles, Eel, Hake, Lemon Sole, John Dory,<br />
Lobster, Mussels, Oysters, Sea Bass, Salmon<br />
& Scallops.<br />
