In Abu Dhabi entsteht auf der Halbinsel Al-Reem ein integriertes Versorgungszentrum. On the Al Reem peninsula in Abu Dhabi, an
integrated care centre with a primary healthcare unit is in development.

Gesundheitsprojekte in 78 Ländern realisiert und
erbringt aktuell rund um den Globus maßgeschneiderte
Dienstleistungen für über 550 Krankenhäuser
und andere Gesundheitseinrichtungen. In nur drei
Jahrzehnten hat sich Vamed damit zum führenden
internationalen Gesundheitsdienstleister entwickelt.
In den etablierten Gesundheitsmärkten treiben
zunehmendes Kostenbewusstsein und der Wunsch
nach einer noch besseren Patientenversorgung die
Nachfrage nach Leistungen von Vamed an. Dabei
geht es nicht nur um professionelles technisches, infrastrukturelles
oder kaufmännisches Management.
Neue Prozesse und medizinische Leistungen erfordern
auch vielfach eine neue Infrastruktur, sowohl
technischer als auch organisatorischer Art, um sie
effizient umsetzen zu können.
In der Vielzahl von aufstrebenden Gesundheitsmärkten

Schaffung einer effizienten und bedarfsgerechten

Die Wertschöpfungskette von Vamed umfasst die

von der Projektentwicklung, der Planung und dem
Projektmanagement über alle Bereiche des technischen,
kaufmännischen und infrastrukturellen Facility-Managements
bis hin zur Gesamtbetriebsführung.
Wir bieten unseren Kunden maßgeschneiderte
Lösungen aus einer Hand. Darüber hinaus realisieren
wir Projekte im Rahmen von Kooperationsmodellen.

Vamed ist führend bei Public-Private-Partnership-Modellen
(PPP) für Krankenhäuser und andere
Gesundheitseinrichtungen. Bis Ende 2015 wurden
23 PPP-Modelle umgesetzt bzw. befinden sich in Realisierung.
Zugleich verantworten wir die Gesamtbetriebsführung
von 54 Einrichtungen im Gesundheitsbereich
auf vier Kontinenten.
Vamed betreibt erfolgreich 15 Rehabilitationseinrichtungen
als Gesamtbetriebsführer. Dazu zählen
mittlerweile Rehakliniken in Österreich, der Schweiz
und in der Tschechischen Republik. Mit jährlich
rund 3,1 Millionen Gästen in den neun Thermen
und Gesundheitsresorts der Vamed Vitality World
sind wir Marktführer in Österreich und betreiben
mit der Aquaworld Budapest auch die größte Therme
Ungarns.

Vamed’s value chain covers the entire healthcare
sector range – from project development, planning
and project management and all areas of technical,
commercial and infrastructural facility management
through to total operational management. We offer
our customers customised solutions from a single
source. Furthermore, we also implement projects via
various cooperations.
Vamed is a leader in public-private partnership
solutions (PPP) for hospitals and other healthcare
facilities. By the end of 2015, 23 PPP projects had
been implemented
or are still in progress. We are concurrently responsible
for the overall management of 54 institutions
in the healthcare sector on four continents.
As an overall operations management provider,
Vamed successfully runs 15 rehabilitation facilities.
These now include rehabilitation hospitals in Austria,
Switzerland and the Czech Republic. With approximately
3.1 million customers per year in the
nine spas and health resorts of the Vamed Vitality
World, we are the market leader in Austria and operate
the largest thermal bath in Hungary with Aquaworld
Budapest.
We believe in the power of innovation, know-how
and our entire team’s high motivation, as well as lean,
efficient structures and global alignment of our service

active for nearly three decades,
the company launched a
pioneering hospital project on
Hainan Island in mid-2015. On
the Al Reem peninsula in Abu
Dhabi, an integrated care centre
with a primary healthcare unit,
an acute care hospital and a
rehabilitation centre all under
one roof is in development.
Last year, the Vamed group was
responsible for around 17,200
employees and a business
volume of 1.6 billion euros.
