Incontinence
Does Not Have to Be
a Problem
Many women during middle age and beyond suffer from
accidentally passing urine. There are a variety of physical
activities available that can reverse this state and significantly
improve one’s quality of life. Herbs may also be of
great help for this complaint.
Every second woman suffers from impaired
urine retention at a certain time in
her life. The principle and first objective is
to strengthen the pelvic floor (pelvic diaphragm).
This belongs to one of the most
neglected muscle groups, and the majority
of women are unaware that such
muscles in their body exist. A lack of
knowledge about the pelvic floor’s location
and its purpose until incontinence
occurs is often the case.
“The pelvic floor is a crucial part of the
human body. When it's weak, organs shift
location in the pelvis or the bladder and
urethra, vagina, uterus and rectum, which
can lead to functional disruptions,” explains
Smolik. He warns, "Women with incontinence
should put strengthening the
pelvic floor into their daily program,
while of course adjusting their diet and
carrying out proper herbal medicine treatment.
Some of the best natural aids include
extracts from flax, pumpkin, and
horsetail, which strengthen the pelvic
floor while at the same time ensuring proper
running of the nervous system.”
