Hole size is FEBOLT size. The diameter of hole to be
drilled in the construction material is the same as that of
the FEBOLT selected for use.
To fix a 12 mm FEBOLT into concrete or brick-work,
drill a hole, using a 12 mm good quality masonry drill
bit. Should FEBOLT ‘spin’ because of an over-size
hole, simply tighten the nut or cover nut by hand to
expand the P.V.C. sleeve, when slight pressure will be
necessary to push the FEBOLT home.
NOTE:
For best results, always use these Percussiontype
Masonry Bits with a Rotary Percussion Drill.
(An ordinary Rotary Drill may be used in an
emergency.)
