AVK’s pneumatic insert placing equipment allows an operator to efficiently install the A-H, A-K, A-L and A-O
Series threaded inserts on the production line where high-volume output and assurance of proper fastener
installation is required.
FEATURES
• Super fast “quick change” front-end — no tools
needed to change to another size, to change the
drive screw or to lube the bearing assembly.
• Uses standard length grade 8, socket head
cap screws as the placing mandrels - easy to
replace from SPAENAUR's stock.
• Lightweight, balanced and portable.
• Special nose pieces can be designed to satisfy
access problems.
• Unique “Rocker Style Trigger” is a simple easy-to-use
design — positive forward — reverse at the touch of
a finger.
• Uses needle thrust bearings in the front end
assembly to cut down on torque-reducing friction.
• Works on a trouble free “stall” principal — no clutch!
