twitch or just want to keep<br />

moving. This can actually<br />

help cause insomnia, and<br />

your doctor can provide<br />

the necessary help.<br />

If heartburn is bothering<br />

you at night, speak with<br />

your primary care physician.<br />

You may have a loose<br />

esophageal sphincter which<br />

can allow acid and food to<br />

climb up your throat. If so,<br />

you should see a doctor.<br />
