EXFOLIATE YOUR SKIN
Regular exfoliation can help in the
prevention of whitehead and blackheads if
your skin is overly dry or flaky. Exfoliating
expedites the process in which dead
skin cells slough off. This will enable the
hydrated cells to come to the surface
easier and enhance the skin’s appearance
by creating a fresh, glowing complexion.
With sensitive skin, you will want to avoid
use of shower or bath scrubs to exfoliate.
Use an organic cloth to rub your arms, back
and legs after you bathe. This ensures the
removal of the skin’s dead cells without
experiencing irritation from abrasive
scrub particles or harsh chemicals.
Make sure you don’t press too hard when
you’re exfoliating your skin. It can damage
your skin. If extra-deep cleaning is your
goal, simply exfoliate for a longer time
than normal. This ensures deep pore
penetration while avoiding harmful side
effects.
pores and will result in the skin breaking
out due to the excess amounts of oil.
Drinking adequate water daily is important
to healthy skin. It’s true what they say that
beauty comes from inside. Except in this
sense, it means that if you stay hydrated
your body and skin will look much better
in general. Consuming a minimum of eight
cups of water each day helps you remain
well-hydrated and results in skin that is
soft and supple.
USE NATURAL REMEDIES
Jasmine extract is an excellent
way to add moisture to dry skin. Using
jasmine extract will help your skin take
on a lovely glow. It will provide your skin
with antioxidants and makes it smooth
and supple. Be advised though, that
