Mercedes Fabros is the Advocacy and Campaign coordinator of WomanHealth <strong>Philippines</strong>.<br />
Medical Action Group, Inc., (MAG) has been a service-provider to victims of human rights violations since<br />
1982. MAG actively works together with other human rights organizations to promote peoples’ access to affordable,<br />
accessible and quality medicines.<br />
Rachael O. Morala is the Deputy Managing Director of the La Liga Policy Institute and Project Manager of the<br />
“MDG Pathways” project.<br />
Jonathan D. Ronquillo is the Environment Campaigner of the La Liga Policy Institute and the Project Coordinator<br />

Jessica Reyes-Cantos is the Chief of Staff of Representative Lorenzo Tañada III of the 4th District of Quezon<br />
Province. She is the President of the Action for Economic Reforms and a Co-Convenor of <strong>Social</strong> <strong>Watch</strong> <strong>Philippines</strong>.<br />
Her other NGO involvements include being a Convenor of Rice <strong>Watch</strong> and Action Network and the East<br />
Asia Rice Working Group; and a member of the Fair Trade Alliance.<br />
Jolly S. Lais is among the pioneers of community organizing and development work in the Moro communities in<br />
Mindanao and Metro Manila since it started in the 1980’s. He is an active campaigner for peace, and human rights<br />
and a campaigner against poverty and inequality. He is currently the Secretary General of Assalam Bangsamoro<br />
People’s Association (ABPA), a UNMC partner in Mindanao for the MDG campaign; Lead Convenor of the<br />
Bangsamoro Solidarity (BANGSA) - a lobby network of Moro civil society organizations; Lead Convenor of<br />
Kapatiran Action for Progress (KAP); Convening Director of Al Fatihah Foundation, Inc.; and Secretary General<br />
of Aksyon ng Mamamayang Nagkakaisa (AMANA).<br />
Mohammad Musib Buat is a lawyer. He is the former chair of the Technical Committee on Moro Islamic Liberation<br />
Front (MILF) Peace Panel. He subsequently became a member of the MILF Negotiating Panel during the<br />
crafting of the Memorandum of Agreement on Ancestral Domain (MOA-AD) between the Government of the<br />
Republic of the <strong>Philippines</strong> and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front from 1997-2008.<br />
