Brennan, 42, filed a court petition claiming that
their father Alan’s widow, Tanya Callau, 41, is
challenging the prenup she signed in 2005 as well
as the terms of Alan’s living trust. “This is awful
for Robin,” says a family member, noting that he’s
also been at war with ex-wife Paula Patton, 41,
over custody of son Julian, 7, since January. “He’s
spiraling.” And his loved ones are worried about
his sobriety. “That was already an issue,” the
family member adds of Robin, who admitted
in 2014 that he had abused drugs and alcohol,
“and I fear it will only get worse.”

military-like plan in place
to make sure they’d get to
LA’s Cedars-Sinai Medical
Center without any issues.
“Their security team
conducted weekly trial
runs to the hospital during
various times of the day,”
says an insider, explaining
that Bey and Jay, who are
already parents to Blue, 5,
didn’t want LA’s notorious
traffic to cause any
delays when Beyoncé was
ready to deliver. “They
were so nervous about
getting to the hospital on
time that they even
considered taking a
helicopter, but Beyoncé
decided against it
because she wasn’t
comfortable with the
idea,” adds the insider.
“She was happy just
driving to the hospital
with military precision.”

In Touch, Justin, 45, charges the

claims that Resnicow, 69, “cut the
water and electricity” that run to
his deck and killed the ivy growing
between the decks because he
knew that Justin “enjoyed the
aesthetic” it provided. Even
worse? The papers state that
Resnicow warned of exposing
a “broad range of allegations”
about Justin (and hinted it would
include his wife, Jennifer Aniston,
48) if the trouble continues.
