HATHA YOGA FOR INTERMEDIATES WITH TONY BYRNE<br />

This course is ideal if you have previous experience of yoga and is suitable for all ages. Hatha Yoga leads to better awareness of your<br />

body and mind and improves physical and mental health. Explore Asanas (postures) in detail, develop a deeper practice of Pranayama<br />

(breathing control) and increase your understanding and practice of meditation as well as learning more about the philosophy of yoga.<br />
