Family cycle round the island, with a treasure hunt.

ceilidh music and much dancing with popular

Bishopton Day
Bishopton Primary School, Old Greenock
Road, Bishopton - 12noon
The parade led by St Columba’s pipe band will
leave Bishopton Primary School at 12noon. Also
in the parade will be SambaYaBamba who are
a percussion group that play Brazilian samba
music. Both will also perform in the main arena.
Attractions on the day include dancing displays,
football and rugby displays, live music, magician,
vintage fire engine, model railway, pony rides,
inflatables and charity stalls.
CarFest
Paisley - various venues - 8.30am to 4pm
There will be classic, vintage and specialist
custom cars, muscle cars, supercars and
emergency vehicles, not to mention motorbikes
and even a land train! Plenty of family-friendly fun
with fairground rides, children’s entertainment,
stalls, tombola and a prize raffle. The event
will kick off with a procession of more than 100
cars from Renfrew Road into the town centre at
8.30am. The cars will then be on show across
Paisley from 10am until 4pm.
Falconry Day
Finlaystone Country Estate - Langbank -

Visit the birds of prey and take a walk around
their homes and get up close and personal with
the winged hunters followed by a flying display
(weather dependent).
