support for dealing with the public sector
priorities.
Apart from the usefulness of these
recommendations, it is foreseeable that
carrying them into effect in the partnership
between the public administration and the
non-governmental organizations is done
progressively, during a slow process
conditioned by the common culture in
Romania, both at an institutional and at an
individual level. Nevertheless, their value is
highlighted by the possibility of their use as a
referential point towards which the
organisational behaviour of the two types of
institutions should be oriented, as well as
criteria for a post-factum evaluation of the
management and the results of the
partnerships.
Note:
1. It is worth mentioning that the partnership
typology also comprises public-public or
private-private partnerships, apart from the
public-private one.
