Dr Satcliraider is a far more eminent scholar<br />
and archaeologist than H.G. Wells. He wrote<br />
his famous book Prehistoric Antiquities in 1890.<br />
He belonged to the school <strong>of</strong> Grimm who was a<br />
great historian and archaeologist. Dr Satchraider<br />
says with the same confidence as Mas'udI : “On<br />
the whole, Grimm is <strong>of</strong> the opinion that the Indo-<br />
Europeans when they moved from Asia to Europe<br />
were still shepherds." 4<br />
We cannot say what is the position <strong>of</strong> Grimm<br />
and Satchraider in the eyes <strong>of</strong> H.G. Wells. But<br />
all historians recognise them as first-rate scholars<br />
and they confirm the researches made by al -<br />
Mas'udi, Ibn Sa r d and al-Tabari in the third<br />
century <strong>of</strong> Hijrah.<br />
