COTES DE BOURG
Château les Joncquets
This is one ripper of
an IPA. As the name
suggests it doesn’t mince
its words. It’s bitter sweet
with a great palate and a
semi-crisp finish. Sweet
caramel, orange and
lime is offset with a super
sharp bitterness thanks to
the US west coast hops.
It also packs a nice little
punch with the ABV at
5.9%.
Smooth, rich, maltdriven
beer full with
dark chocolate, subtle
caramel and toffee notes
and an espresso like
bitterness to finish. It won
a gold medal at the 2010
Australian International
Beer Awards, which
underlines its cred. A nice
pairing with a juicy big rib
eye steak.
This wine has a deep
ruby colour with violet
highlights. The nose
lets out a few notes of
red fruits and spices.
Volume in the mouth, soft
tannins, persistent fruity
sensations. This wine
is perfect with both red
and white meats, game
and cheese. 65% Merlot,
30% Cabernet Franc, 5%
Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine reveals a dark
and deep color. The nose
is characterised by subtle
flavours of red fruits. We
find aromas of red fruits
on the palate with silky
tannins. Sensational
with red or white meat,
sausages, game and
cheese. 80% Merlot, 20%
Cabernet et Malbec.
