This program is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the
LafargeHolcim business. It links LafargeHolcim’s vision and values, its strategic
priorities and commitments to our business operating model. This program will
provide you with the tools you need to understand your business, your customers,
your people, and your competition. This program and the accompanying guide will be
a ‘how-to’ resource that you can refer to time and again as you grow your skills and
enhance your capabilities.
