• This face-to-face training provides employees with the required
course of action in the unlikely event of a government execution of a
search warrant at a LafargeHolcim location.
Module 7 – Procurement Contract 101 (60 minutes)
• This face to face training provides employees with a basic
understanding of contract law principles including indemnities,
warranties, risk of loss, etc. from a buyer’s perspective.

Module 8 – Credit Support and Bankruptcy Refresher Training (60 minutes)
• This face-to-face training provides a description of the primary credit
support arrangements (guarantees, personal property liens, real
property liens) that are available to LafargeHolcim as a secured
creditor extending credit to its customers. The training also provides
a brief description of the U.S. bankruptcy process and describes how a
customer’s bankruptcy is likely to affect our ability to collect
outstanding receivables. [Designed for Credit Managers and Sales

Module 9– Attorney-Client Privilege (60 minutes)
• This face-to-face training provides a basic understanding of the
“Attorney-Client Privilege” doctrine and the parameters by which it
can be utilized.
Module 10– Third Party Due Diligence (60 minutes)
• This face-to-face training provides an overview of the LH’s Third Party
Due Diligence Directive and the LH tool that examines potential third
