Park<strong>in</strong>g Information<br />
Free park<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> most spots on Granville Island is limited to three hours per day from<br />
7 am to 7 pm. Read the signs carefully: some spots are for one hour or less. Don’t park your car <strong>in</strong><br />
one spot for three hours and then move it to another spot; you risk be<strong>in</strong>g ticketed. Park<strong>in</strong>g is free<br />
and unlimited <strong>in</strong> most spots (<strong>in</strong>clud<strong>in</strong>g the pay park<strong>in</strong>g garages and lots)<br />
from 7 pm to 7 am.<br />
The park<strong>in</strong>g lot just east of the entrance to Granville Island at the corner of Lamey’s Mill Road and<br />
The Cast<strong>in</strong>gs offers all-day park<strong>in</strong>g for $6. There is also plenty of park<strong>in</strong>g on the north side of False<br />
Creek. Consider leav<strong>in</strong>g your car there and com<strong>in</strong>g across on the ferries.<br />
The most important th<strong>in</strong>g to remember is to give yourself time—at least an extra<br />
15 m<strong>in</strong>utes to fi nd a spot—if you plan to park on Granville Island.<br />

Ferries travel from various locations along<br />
the north and south shores of False Creek<br />
to Granville Island at frequent <strong>in</strong>tervals.<br />
