The Aussie Tipple
Company released a
range of bottled cocktails
designed by Australian
bartenders using spirits
from some of our
best small Australian
independent spirits
producers, with all other
ingredients sourced
locally. Their Negroni uses
Stone Pine Distillery’s
award winning small
batch dry Gin.
The New World Whisky
Distillery, producers of
the Starward Malt Whisky
brand, has become
renowned for its innovative
experiments over the
years.
Referred to by some as
the ‘negroni of the whisky
world’, this Cask Strength
Boulevardier is a simple
concoction of Campari,
sweet vermouth and malt
whisky from their solera
vat and is part of their
bottled cocktail range.
THE EVERLEIGH BOTTLING CO.
FOUR PILLARS
The Everleigh is one of Melbourne’s, and
indeed Australia’s most distinguished
cocktail bars. Their approach to mixing
drinks is meticulous. Their Vesper, the
dry Martini made famous by Daniel Craig
of 007 fame, showcases both gin and
vodka side by side, each of which are duly
complimented by the delicate citrus and
bitter notes of wine-based aperitif Cocchi
Americano.
Four Pillars is a small distillery in the Yarra
Valley and has become renowned as one
of Australia’s foremost craft distillers. Their
Improved Hanky Panky is the result of a
collaboration between Shaun Byrne of
Maidenii and Four Pillars bartender Sam
Ng. The tipple sees Four Pillars Navy
Strength Gin batched with Maidenii Sweet
vermouth, Fernet-Branca and absinthe.
