wichtigen Dinge im Leben nicht zu verlieren. Als Vater von
drei Kindern, schätze ich meine Familie als Ruhepol und
tanke Zuhause viel Kraft und Inspiration. „Meine Filmdrehs
und die Managementtrainings lassen sich mit dem Leben als
Hausmann und erziehender Vater gut kombinieren, sorgen
für eine ausgewogene Work-/Lifebalance. Nur so kann ich
auch authentisch bleiben als Schauspieler, Präsenztrainer und
Familyman. I like it.“

coach, does that go together with a family life? This is
always a great challenge of course, says Frank Behnke. I
think it’s important to stay on the ground and not to lose
contact to the really important things in life. As a father of
three children, I value my family as a center of harmony
where I can recreate a lot of strength and inspiration. I
can combine my filming and management trainings quite
well with my life as an educating father running a fulltime
household, to have a good work-/lifebalance. Only this way
I can remain authentic as an actor, trainer and familyman.
