Dianne has 25 years’ experience in the IT industry, recently relocated from Auckland and was looking for work across IT and working with people – a perfect match for our business.” Mr Burton puts the growth in demand down to the fact that they are the only locally owned and operated IT Recruitment service and their IT experience factor. Having been working from the Innovation Park Co Space for over a year, the increase in staff numbers meant looking for more office space and they have been fortunate to secure space in a different building at Innovation Park. He reports that being based in the Innovation Park has had multiple benefits and they were keen to keep a presence in the park if at all possible. “So, securing floor space on level 1 of the CRV building is great for us.” Three of Burton and Associates’ staff, Dianne Campbell, Nicola Parker and Phil Burton, work from Innovation Park offices while a fourth member, Kate Phillips, manages finances from Auckland.
