Making a List and Checking it Twice. A Memory Game!<br />

his month we're all racking our brains to think of gift ideas for family & friends. So I<br />
thought it might be fun to dream about valuable items we could give them ... if we<br />
were able to do that. Then, make a gift list and turn it into a memory game (see below.) For brainhealthy<br />

Game of Knowns<br />
For sure you KNOW the gifts you (or<br />
someone else) would REALLY like this<br />
holiday. Of course, you can't afford to<br />
give Stephanie that 2019 GMC Sierra<br />
1500 Denali 4WD or Eric that Ferrari . . .<br />
gifts you KNOW they'd like! But you can<br />
dream big & make it a memory exercise.<br />
1. CHOOSE yourself (or someone else.)<br />
2. MAKE A LIST of gifts you (or they)<br />
would love to receive.<br />
3. REPEAT the list from MEMORY.<br />
4. REPEAT the list BACKWARDS!<br />
This will give your brain a boost and surely<br />
make you and others smile.<br />
