Der Automobilzulieferer Wonder Auto Group Limited entwickelt,<br />

produziert und vertreibt in erster Linie folgende Teile<br />

und Systeme für die Automobilindustrie: Fahrzeugelektrik,<br />

aktive und passive Sicherheitssysteme, Radaufhängungen<br />

und Motorventile.<br />

In den mehr als 20 Tochterunternehmen der Wonder Group<br />

sind gut 9.000 Mitarbeitende beschäftigt, davon allein 600 im<br />

Bereich Forschung und Entwicklung.<br />

Automotive supplier Wonder Auto Group Limited primarily<br />

develops, manufactures and distributes the following parts<br />

and systems for the automotive industry: vehicle electrics,<br />

active and passive safety systems, auto suspensions, and<br />

engine valves.<br />

The Wonder Group‘s more than 20 subsidiaries employ over<br />

9000 people, 600 of which are in Research and Development.<br />

Herr Zeng, wie bewerten Sie die aktuellen Handelskonflikte<br />

zwischen China und den USA? Treffen solche Konflikte auch<br />

Ihre Expansionspläne?<br />

Der Ausbruch von Handelsstreitigkeiten war zwischen zwei<br />

großen Konkurrenten wie China und den USA ein unausweichliches<br />

Ereignis. Die Internationalisierungs- und Expansionspläne<br />

von Wonder werden davon aber nicht negativ beeinflusst. Im<br />

Gegenteil, wir sind jetzt noch entschlossener. Denn je weiter die<br />

Internationalisierung der Wonder Group voranschreitet, desto<br />

besser können wir mit solchen Handelskonflikten umgehen.<br />

Wo sehen Sie Wonder in fünf Jahren?<br />

In fünf Jahren wollen wir zu den globalen Top-Zulieferern traditioneller<br />

Automobilkomponenten gehören. Außerdem werden wir<br />

uns in diesem Zeitraum zu einem Lieferanten von Technologielösungen<br />

für das intelligente Fahren sowie für den Elektroantrieb<br />

und die Elektroniksteuerung entwickeln.<br />

Wonder hat bereits ein Sales- und Entwicklungszentrum in<br />

München gegründet. Planen Sie auch Fertigungsstätten in<br />

Europa?<br />

Wenn die entsprechenden Aufträge europäischer Kunden vorliegen<br />

und wir eine Fertigung in Europa aufbauen können, die<br />

alle Anforderungen und Erwartungen der Kunden erfüllt, dann<br />

werden wir dies sicherlich auch tun.<br />

Wie hilft Ihnen Lean Management dabei, die Internationalisierung<br />

von Wonder voranzutreiben?<br />

Lean Management wird das gesamte Managementkonzept von<br />

Wonder auf ein internationales Niveau anheben. Das ist eine<br />

wichtige Voraussetzung für die Internationalisierung unseres<br />

Unternehmens.<br />

Welche Erwartungen haben Sie an die strategische Partnerschaft<br />

mit der Staufen AG?<br />

Wir erhoffen uns davon vor allem eine langfristige Unterstützung<br />

bei der Internationalisierung unseres Geschäfts. Die Staufen AG<br />

wird uns helfen, insgesamt noch besser zu werden und die Wonder<br />

Group auf ein neues, internationales Niveau zu führen. <br />

Mr. Zeng, how do you assess the current trade conflicts between<br />

China and the US? Do such conflicts also affect your<br />

expansion plans?<br />

The onset of trade disputes was inevitable between two major<br />

competitors, such as China and the US. However, Wonder‘s<br />

internationalization and expansion plans are not affected. On<br />

the contrary, we are now even more determined. The further the<br />

internationalization of the Wonder Group progresses, the better<br />

we can handle such trade conflicts.<br />

Where do you see Wonder in five years?<br />

In five years, we want to be one of the global top suppliers of<br />

traditional automotive components. In addition, we will become<br />

a supplier of technology solutions for intelligent driving, electric<br />

drives and electronic controls during this period.<br />

Wonder has already established a Sales and Development<br />

Center in Munich. Do you also plan on setting up production<br />

facilities in Europe?<br />

If we have corresponding orders from European customers and<br />

we can build a manufacturing facility in Europe that meets all the<br />

needs and expectations of our customers, we will certainly do so.<br />

How does Lean Management help you drive Wonder‘s<br />

internationalization?<br />

Lean Management will raise Wonder‘s overall management concept<br />

to an international level. This is an important requirement<br />

for advancing the internationalization of our company.<br />

What expectations do you have of the strategic partnership<br />

with Staufen AG?<br />

Above all, we hope for long-term support in the internationalization<br />

of our business. Staufen AG will help us to become even<br />

better overall and take the Wonder Group to a new, international<br />

level. <br />
