Welcome to MNA’s 108th <strong>Annual</strong> <strong>Convention</strong>! Re-energize your Purpose and Passion for nursing<br />
as you continue down your Pathway to Nursing Success at the MNA <strong>2019</strong> <strong>Convention</strong>. The<br />
<strong>Convention</strong> Planning Committee and the Provider Unit have ensured that topics are aligned with<br />
our theme and arranged a stellar lineup of dynamic presenters. Although every effort has been<br />
made to finalize rooms as well as presenters and their presentations, please note that all event<br />
locations, presenters, and/or presentations are subject to change. Refer to the Mobile App for the<br />
most current session information.<br />
Continuing Education (CEs)<br />
The <strong>Mississippi</strong> <strong>Nurses</strong>’ <strong>Association</strong> is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education<br />
by the American <strong>Nurses</strong> Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Hours are awarded<br />
only for the session hours you attend. Contact hours to be awarded for each session will be<br />
posted as part of the session announcements listed in this section of the <strong>Mississippi</strong> <strong>Nurses</strong>’<br />
<strong>Association</strong> <strong>2019</strong> <strong>Annual</strong> <strong>Convention</strong> book and on the MNA Mobile App.<br />
To receive contact hours for a session, each attendee must:<br />
1. Attend the entire session.<br />
2. Complete the presentation evaluation on-line (available by Friday, November 1st –<br />
certificates can be printed 24 hours after completing the evaluation).<br />
