Ms Susanne Williamson GAICD<br />

Appointed to the Board 9 April 2016<br />

For 25 years, Ms Williamson has held<br />

senior marketing and fundraising<br />

positions at organisations including the<br />

Heart Foundation, Arts Centre Melbourne<br />

and Monash University. Winner of multiple<br />

awards for her work in the non-profit and<br />

commercial sectors, she was formerly<br />

Head of Fundraising at the Walter and<br />

Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research,<br />

where she raised over $39 million in major<br />

gifts within five years. Susanne is currently<br />

Senior Director, Development at Monash<br />

University, which recently launched a<br />

$500 million fundraising campaign.<br />

Ms Wolcott is currently working as a<br />

Director at Emergency Management<br />

<strong>Victoria</strong>. She has more than 30 years’<br />

experience in the <strong>Victoria</strong>n public sector<br />

holding executive positions in the<br />

Environment Protection Authority, the<br />

Department of Natural Resources and<br />

Environment, the Department of Primary<br />

Industries and Parks <strong>Victoria</strong>, and has<br />

been a member of the <strong>Victoria</strong>n Coastal<br />

Council. She has led a few major inquiries,<br />

including the Independent Fiskville<br />

Investigation. Ms Wolcott is the current<br />

Chair of <strong>Royal</strong> <strong>Botanic</strong> <strong>Gardens</strong> Board<br />

<strong>Victoria</strong>’s Risk Committee.<br />

Professor Rob Adams AM<br />

Appointed to the Board 9 April 2016<br />

Resigned from Board 28 September <strong>2018</strong><br />

Professor Adams is Director City Design<br />

and Projects at the City of Melbourne<br />

and a member of the Cities of the Future<br />

Council of the World Economic Forum.<br />

He has made a significant leadership<br />

contribution to the rejuvenation of central<br />

Melbourne over his 35-year tenure.<br />

Professor Adams stepped down from the<br />

Board on 28 September <strong>2018</strong>.<br />
