Shake. All of the eatery’s
shakes feature

Additionally, the
shakes at ChopShop
get their sweetness
from natural
ingredients like dates
and agave and are
made with almond
milk. The Jacked
O’ Lantern, which
is available through
Nov. 30, features
pumpkin puree,
vanilla whey protein,
coconut chia pudding,
almond milk,
agave nectar, cinnamon,
and dates.

Hockey Hops
The Arizona Coyotes recently partnered with local Grand
Canyon Brewing Company to create Kachina Throwback Ale.
The beer is available in 12-ounce cans sold in six-packs in retail
stores like Albertsons, Safeway and Total Wine, along with at
Gila River Arena and select restaurants in pint format. The
can is inspired by the team’s classic Kachina jersey design and
inside the can, the brew is light, crisp and refreshing. A portion
of proceeds from the sales of Kachina Throwback Ale will benefit
the Arizona Coyotes Foundation, the team’s nonprofit which
benefits first responders, veterans and children’s charities.

A Toast to Toning Up
Workout and then enjoy some bubbly at the new Pilates & Prosecco
class at Mountain Shadows. Offered Nov. 9, the one-hour mat
Pilates class will take place on the resort’s lawn, showcasing
