EMPLOYMENT EQUITY<br />

<strong>ADvTECH</strong> has a National Employment Equity Committee and an<br />

employment equity committee for each division that were established<br />

to give effect to the provisions of the Employment Equity Act and the<br />

Skills Development Act.<br />

The purpose of these committees is to ensure that:<br />

Sufficient consultation takes place with representatives of all<br />

employees of <strong>ADvTECH</strong> in the development of employment<br />

equity plans.<br />

Processes are fair to all employees and meet legislative<br />

requirements.<br />

Please feel free to communicate your<br />

concerns or suggestions in any of the<br />

Plans are both achievable and make good business sense.<br />

The EE Committee strives to represent you, as an employee,<br />
