South Woodham Flower Club
I was so lucky to win this gorgeous arrangement of beautiful red roses at our last meeting held on
14th November. Gill McGregor was our demonstrator. She used a wonderful array of exciting flowers
and created some very inspiring christmas designs.
If you are interested in flowers and flower arranging and would like to have the chance to win a lovely
arrangement then why not join us.
Our next meeting is on Thursday, 12th December at the WI Hall in Guys Farm Road at 8.00 pm. We
are always pleased to welcome visitors and new members. I hope to see you there!

Aerial pictures of
SWF in the library
This Saturday (30th
November 2019) is the last
chance to see the exhibition
of Terry Joyce’s aerial
photographs of South
Woodham Ferrers in our
library! There are 12 A3
images on the wall and over
45 images in the PowerPoint
Presentation.
The PowerPoint presentation
takes place in the library
between 1000 and 1200 on
Saturday. Both of the previous
presentations have sparked
lively debates about how the
pictures show our town in a
slightly different way to the
way we see it from the
ground! Terry was also
quizzed about how he
managed to fly the plane and
take photographs at the same
time! Come along and see if
you can see your house!
