1G. Thai Fruits, Breakfast and In-Room
Fruits are an important part of breakfast and appreciated by guests. The
standard here explains what fruits to use and how to display to impress the
guests. Lets not be defensive because guest might take away whole fruits… If
we are smart and display fruits in season the cost is minimal.

IMPLEMENT. The image is example only. Select your
own and implement the standard. Only 1 fruit is given to
STANDARD rooms. VIP rooms are NOT AFFECTED.
BREAKFAST FRUITS

size is set in A3
The poster is ONLY there to explain the local fruits. The
standard is to always have a couple of seasonal fruits on
the buffet NOT all of them at one time.
Only low cost ‘in season’ fruits should be put in
accordance with the standard.
