The daily newsletter is a great tool to effectively communicate with
guests what is happening.
These template cards MUST be placed on the breakfast table if
used. They contain a mix of free and charged information so guests
will actually want to read them!
Hotels which are behind in revenues MUST use these cards as a
tool to drive communication with in-house guests
This newsletter is best printed in-house.
STANDARD
APPLIES TO:

This standard template has an ideal 7 day program
AND special offerings section.
It is printed on an A4 page and will produce 3
flyers per page.
Approximately 60-70% of the information is ‘good to
know’ and FREE to guest information while the
remaining space is used to advertise CHARGED
events.
The document is for guests to look forward how to
plan their day!
It is to be placed DAILY on EVERY breakfast table. If
you find an activity not working make a change right
away. This tool must be used to evolve our offerings
and promotions. It is NOT STATIC
