This list is compact and effective. Centara’s and Centra’s are
using it. No additional wines can be added unless specifically
approved. This is to keep down the inventory levels for each
property
CHR WINE LIST
In this section you will find the standard
wine list which MUST be used in the bars
and restaurants throughout every
CENTARA AND CENTRA property in
Thailand.
It outlines every wine which must be
available, supplier information and some
basic information on all brands useful for
trainings.
Hotels cannot add or remove wines unless
with prior approval from
CHR F&B Operations Department
