6D SOP Training Cards
These F&B training cards are a great tool to enable teams to self learn
inside the outlet.
All vital SOP standards are addressed in easy to follow small
packages. Teams can use the cards to role play and get also an insight
in the reasoning why the standard exists.
This tool replaces formal powerpoint training and encourage
participant engagement

STEP BY STEP PROCEDURE
This tool is a basic training tool for on the floor
training allowing the team to independently
learn by using the situational learning training
cards.
STANDARD
APPLIES TO:
Cards are provided via CHR and can be printed
internally as well if required.
These training cards must be used on a daily
basis by role-playing a couple of scenarios
each day.
