We have developed with our best Thai chefs standard sauces which
makes it easy for teams to use and achieve a true Thai taste.
The recipes are 100% authentic. The taste is great, in fact many Thais
give us great feedback AND the cost is roughly the same as when you
buy the ingredients separately.

Developed with our Dynasty chefs here are popular dishes
which are all documented with recipes and step by step videos
for easier understanding.
All Hotels must offer Chinese dishes when they have Chinese
guests in the property
These genuine Indian recipes have been developed by an Indian
Chef working group.
Recipes are found here. If a property has lots of Indian guests its
a must to provide those dishes as part of a breakfast selection
and a’la carte. If training is required then we can assist to
arrange that as well

These are specific recipes which are standardised. We always try
to have videos as well to make it really clear and easy.
